The TablePro app is designed to help you effectively manage your tables, servers, reservations, waitlists and a whole lot more. Most Users find using TablePro very easy to use, but we always recommend training to get understand the basic concepts and understanding some of the more advanced features of the app. Complimentary training is available here.
NOTE: TablePro is limited to Reservation features only. If you need to check Guests in for Ticketed events, we recommend downloading our Guest Link Pro app.
RESERVATIONS
The TablePro app is designed specifically for businesses that manage reservations by seating Guests on a pre-defined floor plan that is created and managed in the admin panel.
All of the standard features related to managing Reservations, is available in TablePro.
1. Book Reservations
Guest Link Pro gives you real-time access to your Reservation book, allowing you to book a guest in just a couple of taps.
2. Modify Reservations
If a guest calls and needs to make changes, you don't need to be near your computer. Simply pull out your device, locate the guest and make all the same modifications to a Reservation that you can using our admin panel.
3. Seating Guests
Simply drag and drop a Reservation from the left-hand side onto any available table on the floor plan located on the right.
4. Moving Seated Parties
If a seated guest does not like their selected table, simply click and hold on their current table and move it to another available table and they are moved instantly.
5. Pre-Assigning Servers
You can start a Server Shift and pre-assign Servers to each Reservation ahead of time or based on the table or section. And as we know, some guests will want to be assigned their favorite server which you can do any time ahead of the guests arrival or after. Simply locate the reservation and assign the server.
6. Cancelling Reservations or Marking No Shows
If a guest calls and needs to make changes, you don't need to be near your computer, simply look up their Reservation and click the Cancel button. Doing so will update the Reservation and send the Cancellation notice.
Not a common issue, but we recommend marking Reservations with the No Show status helps CellarPass keep track of frequent violators and prevent them from booking future reservations once we receive 3 no-show alerts in a calendar year. This not only helps you, but other businesses will help you prevent these types of guests.
