Managing Guests Using Guest Link Pro

Whether you are managing your guest visits using our reservation features or via a ticketed event, Guest Link Pro provides all the tools you need to effectively manage any size event.

1. RESERVATIONS
   The reservations features in Guest Link Pro are some of the most powerful and easy-to-use features available to businesses that have subscribed to our Reservation services.
   
   Because you can have your entire Reservation book in your back pocket, we recommend anyone that has admin-level privileges should have Guest Link Pro installed on their smartphone.
   
   1. Book Reservations
   Guest Link Pro gives you real-time access to your Reservation book, allowing you to book a guest in just a couple of taps.
   
   2. Modify Reservations
   If a guest calls and needs to make changes, you don't need to be near your computer. Simply pull out your device, locate the guest and make all the same modifications to a Reservation that you can using our admin panel.
   
   3. Guest Check-in
   One of the most popular uses for Guest Link Pro is checking in guests as it's important to check guests in as it triggers some of our journey automation features.
   
   4. Cancelling Reservations or Marking No Shows
   If a guest calls and needs to make changes, you don't need to be near your computer, simply look up their Reservation and click the Cancel button. Doing so will update the Reservation and send the Cancellation notice.
   
   Not a common issue, but we recommend marking Reservations with the No Show status helps CellarPass keep track of frequent violators and prevent them from booking future reservations once we receive 3 no-show alerts in a calendar year. This not only helps you, but other businesses will help you prevent these types of guests.
   
   
2. TICKETED EVENT
   Using Guest Link Pro allows view the guests lists for all of your upcoming ticketed events. Clicking into each event, allows you to seamlessly view who's on guest lists. As event day arrives, the app makes marking tickets as checked in as simple as a taps of the app. Checking guests in helps you understand who was at your event to send post-event follow ups and understand who wasn't.
   
   
3. PASSPORT EVENT
   Passport events are one of the most complex features of our platform, but no other guest management platform offers anywhere near the features CellarPass offers. To understand the full scope of how passports work and the benefits, we recommend scheduling a call with your account manager as these can be configured in a number of different ways depending on how your passport event is managed.
