We completed a small update to our platform today that includes some new and improved features that we want to make you aware of.
RESERVATIONS
1. Reservation Dashboard will now denote a "pink" dot in place of the reservation status to denote the guest submitted an Experience Review for this booking.
TICKETING
1. We redesigned the interface shown to guests when a ticketed event is now only offer the Wait List option. It is now more clear that tickets are no longer available, but they can be added to your wait list.
NOTE: The number in the Wait List limit is not total number of guests that you will limit on the list, but the number of requests that can be added to the list. This number does not reset if you convert tickets as this tracks the total number of requests, not the net of those that have converted to ticket purchases.
