This article covers some important information with regards to viewing the email delivery logs associated with Invitations and Communications
We wanted to make sure you were aware of a limitation with regards to viewing the error logs associated to sending emails via the Communications Manager. Since we send out tens of thousands of emails on a daily basis, we cannot keep logs, or important information regard to an error when sending an email via the Communications Manager. We do our best to retain 5-7 days' worth of logs, but that can be cut short based on the volume of emails sent on a given day.
Therefore, we recommend that you review the error logs about an hour after sending and download the data for your records. Most importantly, you'll want to correct the "bounced" emails as those will never be delivered. The error log will provide more information as to why the email was not delivered to the intended recipient.
