Note: There are no limits on the number of Users you create in CellarPass, but we recommend that you do not assign every User the Admin-level access.

Admin-level access is the highest level of access to the system that can be granted and should be restricted to manager-level or well-versed Users only. The rest of your Users should be simply provided Basic access.
- Log into CellarPass admin panel by going to https://www.cellarpass.com/manage
- Select Business
- Select Team
- Using the More Actions menu on the far right, select Invite User.
- Enter their email address
- Assign their permissions (see below for details)
- Click the Send Invite button
The new User will then receive an email, letting them know which property they've been invited to manage and complete their User profile.Please note that when inviting a new User, they must activate their account within 4 hours of receiving the invite. After that, the invitation will expire.
a) Administrator provides full access. This should not be assigned to every User.
b) Basic should be assigned to User accounts that only need access to book, reschedule and cancel reservations.
c) Accounting is to allow strict access to those in the Accounting Department to our invoices only. They have access to no other features.
Handling Expired Invitations
You will then need to locate their account under Users and select the Usertype dropdown filter located at the top of the page near the "Refresh Data" button to "Invited". Their account will then be revealed. Click the Edit to the left of their account and complete the missing fields and assigning the proper role.
