This article covers the required steps in order to officially launch your subscription and to enable the booking of guests through CellarPass.com
Okay, you've got your Events all built out and you're ready to start accepting reservations or selling tickets online...
In order for CellarPass to enable your profile on CellarPass.com and start actively promoting your events, there's a few extra steps that you need to take:
1. Test, Test, and Test!
Purchase your own tickets, book your own reservations, both through your website and in the backoffice. Try to catch any glitches before your customers do.
2. Complete your Member Profile
Load up your Content, Profile Page Content, and Profile Images. The more information, the better. While you're at it, cross your t's, dot your i's, spell check everything, fact check your copy and photos, and test your social media links. Work out all the bugs before you go live! 3. Install the CellarPass Widget & Links to Ticketed Events or Reservation Experiences
Remember to add the CellarPass Widget to your website and add links to all your ticketed events. CellarPass will not enable your profile on CellarPass.com until these links are active. Read the Widget installation article.
4. Submit "Go Live" to Technical Support Request
Ready for launch? So far, you've done all the testing to confirm that your events are shown properly, confirmation emails and admin alerts are being sent, and now you're ready to open the flood gates to online reservations. There's just one more step, in order to enable your CellarPass profile to accept reservations or promote your ticketed events, our team will complete a profile review. Please submit a Technical Support request stating that you are ready for a review.
