Importing Reservations from Another Platform

CellarPass offers as an option to import existing Reservation data from other guest management platforms using an .xls spreadsheet.

For new subscriptions, CellarPass provides the ability to import Reservations from other platforms for an additional fee per import.

There is a $150 fee applied to every import file processed. Results are not guaranteed unless specifications are met exactly. The import is not scheduled until the Import fee is charged in full.

To schedule an import, we must have at least 5 days' notice and is only available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Any Reservations and their related Events that are contained within the import sheet MUST be built out as Events, no exceptions.
