This article will cover on how you can request to upgrade or cancel your CellarPass subscription.
Subscription Upgrades
If you would like to upgrade your subscription plan from Basic or Professional to another level, please submit a support ticket with your contact information and which plan you would like to upgrade to. Be sure to include that you agree to the pricing plan associated with the selected subscription plan. For the latest information, go to Subscription Plans.
Adding Integrations
If you would like to add integrations to your existing plan such as payment processing, eCommerce integration or other available add-ons, please submit a support ticket stating which additions you would like to make. Please note that you must be on the Professional Plan or higher to add any integrations or additional modules.
Cancelling Subscriptions
If you would like to cancel your CellarPass subscription, this must be done in writing by submitting a support ticket. Please note that once we received this notification, for security purposes the system will immediately delete your entire account and you will no longer have access to any of your information. It is your responsibility to get any data you need prior to canceling your account as this cannot be undone.
