How Long Can I Modify Reservations?
In most cases, you can make modifications to Reservations before and after a Reservation-based Event takes place.
That means you can:
Reschedule the Reservation to a future date. Please note that dates in the past are not supported.
Reschedule the Reservation to a different Event.
Change the name under which the Reservation was booked.
Change the Event Fees (and comp) the experience
Change the number of Guests (party size) associated with the Reservation.
Exceptions
If you have any of the following integrations enabled, you may run into limitations set forth by your technology or integration.
If you have an eCom integration enabled, you will NOT be able to make modifications to a Reservation once the Reservation has been synchronized to your eCom system.
If you are using a payment gateway, there are some payment gateway systems that have limitations on how long you can refund from the date of the original transaction.
We recommend that you understand and comply with these limitations set forth by the 3rd party integrations and seek assistance from their customer support should have any more questions.
