Congratulations on being a participating business in a passport program. This page is designed to help answer many of the common questions that are brought up to getting access to your CellarPass business account, updating your account, scanning and more.
CLAIM BUSINESS ACCOUNT
Through your participation in a passport, you'll receive complimentary access to a CellarPass Ticketing-only account. If you don't have a CellarPass business account, you'll need to claim it. [[click here]]. Once you have claimed your business account, you'll receive an email providing some instructions on completing your setup.
I HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT, BUT CANNOT ACCESS
Okay, so you have confirmed that you company has a CellarPass business account, but cannot access it. The best way to gain access to this account will be to submit a support ticket. Please be sure to include your first name, last name, email address, company name, phone number and physical business address.
ADDING USERS
Most business accounts only have one User, but to maintain PCI Compliance, we recommend that every employee that needs to sign into the CellarPass backoffice, should have their own User account.

FORGOT PASSWORD
If you have forgotten your password, be sure you are attempting to log in with the User account that was assigned to the business account and not just a consumer-level CellarPass account. On the CellarPass Backoffice login page, there's a "Forgot Password" link, click this. A new temporary password will be sent to you. If the system does NOT recognize your account, you'll need to submit a support ticket to have your User account mapped to the business account.

CHECKING IN ATTENDEES (AKA SCANNING)

There are two ways you can check-in Attendees for a passport event
- CellarPass Guest Link Pro app which is the preferred method as its the quickest and most convenient.
You'll need to download the app that is compatible with your device. [[download iOS]] [[download Android]]
- CellarPass Responsive App was designed for those participating businesses that don't have access to a mobile or tablet device. [[click here]]
SETTING UP CHECK-IN OFFERS
Increase visitation by passport holders by creating and managing Check-in Offers. [[click here]]
ATTENDANCE REPORTING
As being a participating member that is checking-in passport holders, you have immediate access to your Guest data. Log into the CellarPass backoffice, select Reports, then select Check-in Reports- Passports. Select the passport event from the dropdown list and click the "Report" button.
EXPORTING GUEST DATA
Follow the steps outlined in Attendance Reporting. Then just above the "TicketID" column on the far right is an Excel "X" icon. Click this. This will export all of the data in the same format shown in the Attendance Reporting grid.
PASSPORT ISSUES (CONSUMER SIDE)
PASSPORT ACTIVATION / REGISTRATION
All passports MUST BE REGISTERED TO BE USED. The passport holder can register their passport by going to https://www.cellarpass.com/activate-card If they have any problems registering their passport, they can contact CellarPass by calling (855) 423-4448.
LOST, STOLEN OR ABUSED PASSPORTS
Passports cannot be honored unless they have the proper paperwork. Any lost passport should be reported immediately to the event organizer.
ABUSIVE PASSPORT HOLDERS
Any passport holder that is not behaving properly, should be reported immediately to the event organizer.
BUYING / SELLING TICKETS
If you have a passport holder that would like to invite a friend, they'll need to have their own passport as sharing is not supported. They can locate the event by going to CellarPass.com, then click the "Buy Tickets" button and search for the Event. They can then purchase their passport online, if the event is not already sold out.
Passports are non-transferable.
