You can create ticketed events that offer different ticket levels for a variety of reasons such as "VIP", "Club Member", "General Admission" and so forth.
- Locate your Ticketed Event in the Ticketing section of the main menu.
- Click Ticket Levels from the submenu.
- Update the Ticket Level Name if you wish to use a different name than General Admission which is the default name.
- Enter a Ticket Price.
- If you are going to only have one ticket level, enter the same level you placed in the Total Capacity field into the Capacity field.
- Click the Advanced button to view more of the advanced features of the ticket level. In this area you can control when tickets go on sale or off sale, max number of tickets per order, calculate sales tax and more.
- Our platform allows you to sell tickets that are valid for different dates, or multiple dates. On each ticket level, you will set the Valid Start Date and the Valid End Date. For example you can easily setup a single ticket for "Friday General Admission" another for "Saturday General Admission" and another for "Sunday General Admission" by setting the Valid Start Date and Valid End Dates to match the dates for when the tickets will be valid for.
Then you can setup a "Weekend Pass" that is good for multiple dates, for example Saturday and Sunday by setting the appropriate dates in Valid Start Date and Valid End Date. - Determine if you are going to issue tickets by Self Print, Will Call or you will Ship tickets to the buyer.
- Click the Save button.
- To add another ticket level, click the Add Ticket Level button.
- Complete all the same details as you did in steps 3 - 9 above.
