This article covers the quick steps to rescheduling a reservation through the CellarPass backoffice.
Rescheduling a reservation or modifying a reservation through the CellarPass backoffice can be done in a few steps. Please note, that these steps can be managed by any user with the role of Admin or Basic.
- Log into the CellarPass admin panel by going to https://www.cellarpass.com/manage
- In the top, left-hand corner, above the main navigation, enter the guest's email address or reservation confirmation number.
- This will show a list of matches in the Reservation Dashboard.
- Click on the Reservation Confirmation #. Doing so will open up the Reservations Details window.
- Click the Modify button, doing so will open the details of the Reservation.
- Click the Reschedule button at the top, right-hand corner of the admin panel
- In the Search Availability box, select the date in which the guest would like to reschedule to. Doing so will show your availability for the selected date. Make sure you select the same number of guests booked unless you are ALSO changing their party size.
- Click one of the available time slots you wish to reschedule the guest to. This will update the main reservation window, but you are not confirmed just yet.
- Review the updated deposit policy and other requirements that may be required with the schedule change.
- Be sure to add any IInternal Notes or Guest Notes if necessary
- Click the Complete Reservation when you are ready to commit the change.
- Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation of the change as will the guest. If a Concierge was tagged on the reservation, they too will receive a confirmation.
