Introducing Vaulted Cards for Ticketed Events
We are pleased to launch our vaulted credit card program that delivers a far-more convenient and faster checkout for any ticketed events using the CellarPass Payments payment gateway. Now after a customer's first ticket purchase, any customer purchasing tickets online, or an admin selling tickets through the admin panel will be able to recall a vaulted credit card and apply it to a future ticket order. This is an exclusive feature available to CellarPass Payments and is not available to anyone using Stripe for their ticket sales.
Simply start the process of selling tickets via the admin panel, add your tickets to the order, enter an email address to look up the customer and if they have a vaulted credit card on file with CellarPass, you will be able to recall the card and apply it using the Card on File button. If they have multiple cards on file, you will be given the option to select a specific card to apply to the order.

Yes, if a customer purchase tickets for another one of our business partners, that customer's credit card is available to you to use for ticket sales. Customers can also use their card across all ticketed events using the CellarPass Payments payment gateway.
