If you are a participating tasting room for a passport event that books reservations as part of the ticket purchase, you will be able to use the CellarPass Guest Link Pro app to view your upcoming reservations in real time.
Downloading & Installing CellarPass Guest Link Pro
You will need to first download CellarPass Guest Link Pro onto your Android or iOS Device. You can follow the basic instructions here.
Viewing Reservations in Guest Link Pro App
Once you have logged into the Guest Link Pro app, you will be able to view the upcoming reservations by following these steps:
- From the main menu in the app, select Passport Events.
- From the list of events, select the Passport event you are participating in.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap the View Reservations button.
- This will default to the first date of the event. Here you will see a list of all the confirmed reservations for this date. These will be displayed in chronologic order, starting with the earliest reservation start time.
- You can tap the date displayed at the top of the page to select another date of the event to view the reservations from that date.
Checking in Guests in Guest Link Pro
We also recommend that you check the guests in as this will help the passport event organizer better understand the guest visitation metrics.
- In your list of reservations, you can swipe left on the reservation that needs to be checked-in. This will expose a blue "Check-in" button. Note if your event is in the future, the blue "Check-in" button will not be available.
- Click the blue "Check In" button.
- This will mark the party as checked in.
NOTE: You can only check guests in up to one hour before their reservation is scheduled to start. The "no-show" option is also not supported for passport events.
