NEW FEATURES
- Ticketed Event Sharing Features
With today's update, we completely overhauled our "Share" feature on our ticketed events pages. - Default Reservation Template for Private Bookings
You can now set which Reservation confirmation email template is used when booking a private booking. To set the template, go to Business > Apps & Integrations > Accounting > Default Private RSVP Confirmation. This also sets the default template in Guest Link Pro v2.1.36 and will soon be available in TablePro v1.x and TablePro v2.x. - Re-Sending Cancellation Emails
Now when a reservation has been Cancelled, clicking the Resend button will re-send the Cancellation Email and not the Confirmation email. - Cancelled Reservations
Once a reservation has been cancelled, you can no longer check the guest in or mark them as Delayed. - Marketing Opt-in Feature
Some of you found this feature in our last update, but wanted to make sure you were aware of it. Anyone on Professional plan or higher can now offer an opt-in marketing feature when guests are booking reservations on your website. Simply update our standard opt-in messaging, or write your own and click Save. Then as guests book through your website, you can collect those contacts and export them. Go to Marketing > Site & Menu for more details. - Reservation Reminder Email
You can now for the first time include a brief messaging in our Reservation Reminder template. Please note that you cannot modify the template itself, but include a message of up to 256 characters. It does not support hyperlinks or special characters. Go to Business> Notifications > RSVP Reminder and enter your content into Business Message. - Reservation Review Invite Email
You can now for the first time include a brief messaging in our Reservation Review Invite template. Please note that you cannot modify the template itself, but include a message of up to 256 characters. It does not support hyperlinks or special characters. Go to Business> Notifications > Survey Review Invite and enter your content into Business Message. - Private Reservation Gratuity
You can now add a gratuity manually when booking private reservations. - Ticketed Event Tags
We have added a new feature of Event Tags that allow you to add keyword terms to your Event Page. These Tags will allow your event to be found more easily when visitors are searching on our website. As you add tags, you will also see how many other event organizers are also using the same tags.
To add Event Tags, go to Ticketing > Edit Event > Event Details and scroll down to Event Tags. Once your event has been Published or Saved, you will see these appear on your ticketed event page.
CURRENT PROMOTIONS
Our ticketed event promotion was a huge success in May with the winner (Bogle Vineyards) winning the $500 prize money. Congrats to Nikki and her amazing events team for hitting all the marks!
We're continuing the promotion through October '22 and is really easy to enter as all ticketed events are automatically entered when:
- Create PUBLIC ticketed event on the CellarPass platform.
- Ticket price must be greater than $10.00.
- Promote your event on your social media channels, pointing to your event page on CellarPass.com
- Tag @cellarpass on your social media with links to your event page on CellarPass.com
The more ticketed events you post NOW, you significantly increase your changes of winning through October.
HAVE A FEATURE IDEA?
Many of the great features we've included into our platform have come from end users like you. Feel free to share your ideas in an email to us, support@cellarpass.com.
UPCOMING & NEWS
We will continue to align our current admin panel to be more inline with our upcoming brand-new platform, codenamed "Synergy" which we will be sharing more news about in the coming months.
