Integrating CellarPass with WorldPay Payment Gateway (EXPRESS API)

This article covers the steps required to properly setup your CellarPass account to utilize your WorldPay (Express) payment gateway

Hello and thanks for your interest in integrating your WorldPay gateway with CellarPass. There's a few steps you'll need to complete in both the WorldPay "IQ" portal and then in CellarPass. We recommend you follow the sequence so that you get this completed with the least amount of work. The CellarPass integration with WorldPay uses their latest Rest "Express" API and is NOT compatible with their legacy "Link" version.

If you are unsure which version your World Pay account works with, we recommend calling their customer service team and ask the following:

1. Is my account compatible with the Express REST API?
2. Is PASS enabled on my World Pay account?

If only then, do we recommend you continue with the next steps.

STEP 1. REQUEST THE WORLDPAY INTEGRATION
Payment integrations are not enabled by default on your CellarPass account. You will need to submit a request to enable this service.

1. Go to https://www.cellarpass.com/support
2. Login with your existing Freshdesk credentials or create a new account.
3. Submit a support ticket and clearly denote that you would like to enable the CellarPass payment gateway.
4. Our team will respond to the ticket during normal business hours.

STEP 2. LOG INTO WORLDPAY IQ PORTAL
You will need access to your WorldPay payment gateway account in order to complete these steps.
WorldPay Merchants can pull processing credentials for programming their devices by following these steps after logging into the iQ website, https://accessmyiq.com/. If they don’t have their log-in credentials, or "Express Payment Gateway" is not enabled, you will need to contact the WorldPay support to enable the service, 800-846-4472. You will not be able to continue until this Express feature is enabled.

1. Log into https://accessmyiq.com/
2. Select the Self Service tab on the right, and select Self Service from the menu.
3. Select Merchant in the Hierarchy Level dropdown if it is not already selected.
4. Click the blue + sign to pull up a list of MIDs
5. Highlight the correct MID and click Select.
6. Click Search.
7. Processing Credentials can be found under the Express Credentials tab.
