Supported Browsers for CellarPass Services

This article provides information regarding the recommended compatible browser when using the CellarPass Back Office.

If you are encountering issues utilizing the backoffice, we first recommend updating your browser to the latest possible version. Older versions of browsers do not support the latest web technologies that CellarPass uses throughout the backoffice. Plus by not using the latest browser, you are leaving your data at risk due to browser security flaws that are constantly being fixed by updates on a weekly basis from Google, Apple, Microsoft, and Mozilla.

Backoffice / Admin

We strongly recommend that you use the latest available version of the Google Chrome browser when accessing the CellarPass backoffice. Google Chrome provides the best user experience while ensuring that the latest security issues have been addressed. 

Front End (Guest Experience)

The CellarPass consumer experience is designed to be utilized with the latest browser versions provided by Google, Apple, Microsoft, and Mozilla. The CellarPass website is also "responsive", meaning that it's optimized for desktop, mobile, and tablets without having to provide a native app for these devices.
