Lost or Forgot Admin Password

This article provides you information on how to reset your CellarPass Admin password

If you have forgotten your password or if this is your first time logging into CellarPass, here is how to generate a new password:

1. Click the Forgot Password link under the sign in field, or use the following link: https://www.cellarpass.com/admin/login_forgotpassword.aspx. 
2. Enter your email and click the Reset Password button. 
3. Do not close the password reset page!
4. An automatically generated password will be sent to the email address you entered. 
5. If you don't receive your new temporary password after a few minutes, create a support ticket and one of our support team members will assist you. Emails can be tagged as spam, so we recommend checking your "junk" folder.
6. Type the temporary password into the reset password screen that should still be open in a separate tab. *note: make sure that you do not accidentally copy any spaces if you copy and paste your password.
7. Click the sign in button, do not hit the enter key.
