There are times when you would like to make a copy of an existing Experience so that you can have season events or have a Monday - Thursday schedule, then clone it to make a Friday - Sunday schedule. This is where the Cloning feature makes for quick work.
CLONING EXPERIENCE
Once you have created your "master" Experience, we'll then want to Clone it.
- Select Experiences.
- Select Events from the submenu.
- Click on the Experience you wish to make Clone from.
- From the submenu, select Event Details.
- From the More Actions menu located in the top right, select Clone Event.
- This will present a dropdown list of all your Experiences, be sure you have the correct one selected here.
- Click Clone Event.
- This will be your cloned event. Immediately change the name of the Experience so that it's clear.
- Click Save.
- Update all the information as needed across all tabs of the editor.
- Once done, go to Event Details tab.
- In the Publish Status dropdown, select Active-Private so you can test it first.
- Click Save.
- From the More Actions menu located in the top right, select Preview Event.
- Review all the details for accuracy.
- Once ready, go to Event Details tab.
- In the Publish Status dropdown, select Active-Public so it is available for guests to book.
