In CellarPass, you can set up rules to block non-club members from booking club member-exclusive experiences. This is done by using the "Required to Book" option found in the Discounting tab while editing a Reservation-based experience. When this is enabled, guests that are not a club members will be blocked from booking online.
Overriding the Member Exclusive Rule
Guests booking on their own through your website or CellarPass.com cannot override this rule, but if a non-club member calls to book an experience that has the exclusive rule enabled, an admin using the backoffice booking engine will receive a clear warning that this rule is in effect.
On this error screen, there is also an Override button that when pushed will allow the reservation to be processed, but it will also log the staff member that witnessed the error and proceeded anyways.
