Whether you purchased your tickets online via our website or over the phone with an event organizer that is using CellarPass to manage their tickets, you'll always receive a confirmation email as a receipt for your purchase. This will be sent to the email provided in the Ticketbuyer section. If you provided email addresses for Ticketholders, they will not receive copies of the tickets.
PRINTED TICKETS OR SELF CHECK IN
CellarPass provides a couple of options to provide you a stress-free check-in process.
PRINTED TICKETS
This confirmation email will include an attached PDF file that will include a page per ticket purchased. whether you select Self Print or Will Call. This is done to provide you a receipt and as a backup.
SELF CHECK IN
You can also view your tickets digitally using any smartphone and show these to your event organizer upon entry of the event.
- Simply go to CellarPass.com
- Click the Log In link anywhere on our website.
- Select Guest Login.
- Enter your email address and password to login.
- Once you have successfully logged in, select My Account from the main menu at the top of our website.
- Select My Account again from the dropdown menu.
- Locate the Tickets section and click on it.
- Doing so will show you a list of all your purchases.
- There will be three links:
- View Order- this will display your order details.
- Print Tickets- this will allow you to print your tickets.
- Scan Ticket- this will allow you to view your ticket(s) online which can be used for event entry or admission.
HAVING ISSUES LOGGING IN?
If you are having issues logging in, there's a couple of methods we recommend you try before contacting your event organizer:
- Forgot Password- on all of the different ways to log into our platform, there's a Forgot Password link that can be used to send you a link that will allow you to login and immediately change your password. If you have requested Forgot Password and have not received the email, we recommend you first review your Junk or Spam folder.
- Forgot Username or Email Address- the email address you used when purchasing tickets will be your login username or email address to log into our platform. If the system is not recognizing your email address and you purchased your tickets from the event organizer over the phone, there's a good chance they may have mistyped your email address.
Contacting the event organizer will confirm the cause of you not receiving the confirmation email and they can update your order. After the update, they have the ability to immediately resend your tickets to the correct email address or an alternative email address..
