If you believe you are missing reviews on your CellarPass business page, this is most likely due to that the number of reviews shown does not include any one-off or private bookings. This is intentional as a preventive means to avoid admins trying to improve their reviews score by booking non-standard events.
The score is based on your publicly-available events for a rolling 30 days so that it's fair across all of our partners. That way new partners can easily compete in placements in as little as 30 days.
It's also why we recommend you book all of your reservations, including walk-ins into the platform and check them in as the more parties you check in, it significantly increases the chances of a guest submitting a review.
