Whether you book a reservation on behalf of your guest or they book their own reservation online, there's a schedule of automated emails that are sent.
- Confirmation email- sent immediately (A copy is sent immediately to the Admins designated to receive)
- Reminder email- sent 24 hours before their check in time.
- Review invitation email- sent 24 hours after a guest has been checked in or seated.
If you modify or reschedule a reservation, the schedule above still applies.
