When a guest books a reservation, they receive a confirmation email from CellarPass that includes information from your account that allows the guest to easily find contact information for your business.
- Email Address (user account)
- Phone Number
To update these details, you will need to log into the CellarPass admin panel with a user account that has Admin-level access.
CHANGING EMAIL ADDRESS
- Select Business from the left-hand menu.
- Select Notifications & Alerts from the submenu.
- At the top of this page within the Customer Service section, you will find a dropdown of all available users. Select the user (email address), you would like to use for the email address to be inserted into the email templates.
- Click Save.
CHANGING PHONE NUMBER
- Select Business from the left-hand menu.
- Select Notifications & Alerts from the submenu.
- At the top of this page within the Customer Service section, enter a phone number that will be used.
- Click Save.
