If you are seeing a decline in the deliverablility of your SMS messages, this is most likely do to a couple of different issues:
- AL2P Brand/Company Registration is incomplete
- AL2P Brand/Company Registration is invalid
- Increased number of complaints
NOTE: To pass AL2P regulatory compliance, your website will be required to have a Date of Birth validation feature that asks for the visitor's Month, Date and Year of birth. Anything less than this will fail regulatory compliance.

- Legal Business Name
- EIN Number
- Business Address
- The Names of 2 Authorized Representatives to verify your company's identity.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Job Position
- Title
- Phone
