We completed an update to the platform that introduced many new features, feature enhancements and bug fixes throughout the ecosystem.
These release notes are designed to alert you of these changes and help you understand that some of benefits of the new features and improvements included in this release.

Release Notes
This update included many new features designed to help you grow your business that we know you are going to be excited about.
- NEW! Vaulted Cards for Ticketed Events
We are pleased to launch our vaulted credit card program that delivers a far-more convenient and faster checkout for any ticketed events using the CellarPass Payments payment gateway. Now after a customer's first ticket purchase, any customer purchasing tickets online, or an admin selling tickets through the admin panel will be able to recall a vaulted credit card and apply it to a future ticket order.
NOTE: This is exclusive to CellarPass Payments and is not available to anyone using Stripe for their ticket sales.
Simply start the process of selling tickets via the admin panel, add your tickets to the order, enter an email address to look up the customer and if they have a vaulted credit card on file with CellarPass, you will be able to recall the card and apply it using the Card on File button. If they have multiple cards on file, you will be given the option to select a specific card to apply to the order.
If you want to see your tickets sell faster, we recommend you switch to CellarPass Payments as we've already seen a 15% lift in sales from our pilot program. - NEW! Ticketing FAQ Library
We are introducing a brand-new feature with today's release that allows you to create your FAQ Library for your ticketed events and re-use FAQs we've added to the system FAQ library. Once you've created your FAQ Library, you can then assign those FAQs to each of your ticketed events.
NOTE: This feature is currently setup to allow you to setup your FAQ Library and attach the FAQ Articles to your ticketed events, but they will not appear on your ticketed event page until the next update to our website which is planned for August 1st. We continue to optimize the My Account section of our website, changing the Login / Logout Links to be more obvious while also optimizing the pages. - NEW! Google Analytics 4
We released all of our Google Analytics 4 code prior to July 1st deadline, but we continue to work with with Google to optimize how data is reported. - NEW! Experience Images
Based on popular demand, Experience images have been returned to reservations. These will be displayed with your experiences within certain widgets and on your CellarPass.com business page. These can be uploaded by editing your Experience, and uploading and image and assigning it to a specific reservation event. - UPDATED! Admin Homepage
We've continued to redesign the Admin Homepage to provide quick links on expanding your CellarPass skills, showcasing our latest consumer blog articles and the last three release notes articles, allowing you to be well aware of the most recent changes, enhancements and bug fixes. - UPDATED! Private Reservation Confirmation & Cancellation Messages
We have moved these two fields from Business, Apps & Integrations to Business, Notifications & Alerts to be consistent with other Reservation-related messaging. - UPDATED! Editing Ticket Orders Mode
Today's update includes enhancements to editing ticket orders that detects if values or discounts have been applied or not. If no financial changes have been detected, the system simply updates the values changed instead of recalculating the entire order. - FIXED! Email Address in Ticket Orders
We found cases when editing orders, the validation on emails noting an invalid email would be display. This has been fixed in this release. - FIXED! Ticketed Events Navigation Menu
We found cases that the submenu displayed in the Ticketed Events page would be cut off in some browsers. This has been fixed in this release. - FIXED! Ticketed Events Delivery Methods
If none of your ticket levels off Sell Print or Will Call, those options will be hidden when selling tickets. - FIXED! Optimizing Blog Pages
One of the most popular sections of our website for Google Search acquisition is our Blogs, so we continue to invest in optimizing their code to ensure they load the fastest and comply with the latest Google best practices. - FIXED! Converting Image Files to Webp Images
We have completed our massive project of converting all .png and .jpg files throughout our entire platform from the front-end to the admin panel, delivery image files faster, allowing our webpages to load faster, boosting our SEO performance. - FIXED! MailChimp Integration
We discovered an issue with our MailChimp integration that was sending all RSVP guests to the select list despite the checkbox selected at checkout. This has been fixed with this release to follow the opt-in checkbox.
