CellarPass Platform Updated 6/20/23

We completed an update to the platform that introduced many new features, feature enhancements and bug fixes throughout the ecosystem.

These release notes are designed to alert you of these changes and help you understand that some of benefits of the new features and improvements included in this release.

As with all release notes we distribute, we strongly recommend that you take a moment to review them and share them with your fellow team members.

Release Notes
This update included many new features designed to help you grow your business that we know you are going to be excited about.

1. UPDATED! Experience Reviews
   Our annual review of our Experience Reviews coincided with this week's update which is typically done in July. The content committee voted to rework the choices provided to guests to provide feedback and narrowed down the choices from 6 options to just 4:
   1. Excellent
   2. Above Average
   3. Good
   4. Unsatisfactory
      
      
2. UPDATED! Admin Dashboard
   We continue to find ways to optimize the performance of our website and our admin panel and found the 3rd party service we relied on to track page views for both business pages and ticketed event pages was slowing our page loads down by 50%. With this update, we completely removed this code and have removed the values from the Admin Dashboard panels. We recommend you continue to rely on Google Analytics to get the reporting data you need.
   
   
3. UPDATED! Add-Ons Manager
   When editing the list of Add-On products, these are now displayed in alphabetical order.
   
   
4. FIXED! Survey Invite Promo Offer
   We investigated the inconsistent behavior of our promotion system that is featured in the Survey Invite email that is sent to guests after they have been checked in. We have confirmed that this is now fixed with today's update.
5. FIXED! Contact Organizer
   It was reported that the Contact Organizer button did not display on all ticketed events. This issue was fixed with this release.
   
   
6. FIXED! Survey Review Invite Promo Offer
   It was reported that the View Offer button did not display on all Review Invitations. This issue was fixed with this release.
   
   
7. FIXED! Modify Reservation Button in Confirmations
   It was reported that there were times when this button would not work consistently. This issue was related to Google Analytics code taking too long to load and has been fixed.
   
   
8. FIXED! Account Notes from WineDirect
   It was reported that when booking a reservation that the Account Notes from WineDirect did not display consistently. This issue was fixed with this release.
   
   
9. NEW! Disable Google Travel Time for Passports
   We have received feedback from some of the organizations that use our passport platform would like to not enforce the travel time required between reservations. There's now a new option to disable this feature. Please contact your account manager for more information.
