We completed our scheduled update to the platform that introduced many new features, feature enhancements and bug fixes throughout the ecosystem.
These release notes are designed to alert you of these changes and help you understand that some of benefits of the new features and improvements included in this release.

All uploaded images related to your business page, Add-Ons, UpSells, and Ticketed Events will now be saved in the WebP format which delivers improved page-loading performance. - NEW! Ticketed Event Listing Image
Based on popular demand, we have brought back the Ticketed Event Listing image displayed on your Business page, allowing these to stand out from recurring experiences. - NEW! Including Ticketed Events in Availability Searches
We are making big changes to our website that will provide a more cohesive search results experience that will include both reservation experiences and ticketed events. Today's release will now display your ticketed events below your experiences when searched through CellarPass.com and the embedded booking widget on your own website.

We have redesigned how you gain access to the QR Code for both TablePro and Guest LInk Pro apps. You simply now go to Business, Apps & Integrations and click the App Credentials button and the QR Code will be displayed on screen.
RESERVATIONS
Today's update includes some new features and bug fixes.
- NEW! Clone Floor Plans
This release includes a first-ever feature that allows you to clone an existing floor plan, allowing you to quickly make seasonal adjustments to layout or capacities and then assign to your experiences. While editing a Floor Plan, simply select Clone Floor Plan from the More Actions menu. - IMPROVEMENT! Add-Ons Dashboard
We have done some small enhancements to the Add-Ons Dashboard that now includes the date for the reservation in the grid view displayed in the detailed section as well as in all of the exports available. - IMPROVEMENT! Event Details View in Calendar
We have made some improvements to the Event Details view when clicked from the Calendar view. The window will now offer a Share Event button that will allow you to generate a link for:
- Event booking link for this EventID
- Event booking link for this EventID for the date selected
- Event booking link for this EventID for the date and time selected.
- IMPROVEMENT! Embedded Widget
We found some additional padding below our logo that was not necessary in the embedded widgets and has been removed with this release.
TICKETING
Today's update includes some new features and bug fixes.
- NEW! QR Code Generator
When viewing the event URL in the admin panel, you can now easily download or copy to your clipboard the QR Code graphic. This is perfect for marketing your ticketed events in your tasting room, social media or on your website. - NEW! Ticket Valid Date Display
In the ticket levels view, you can now see the ticket valid dates displayed directly below the ticket level name. - NEW! Add Tickets to Existing Order
For the first time ever, you will be able to add tickets to an existing ticket order, yes add tickets to an existing order. Any additional tickets added to the order can either use the existing credit card attached to the order, or a different card can be used to pay the difference. Available to events using CellarPass Payments only.
If you are swapping tickets because the customer wants an upgrade that maybe a higher price, we recommend first voiding the ticket they are exchanging, which will then apply a temporary credit to the order which can then be used to cover the costs of the other ticket, then add the new ticket to the order. - NEW! Card on File Feature
We are pleased to introduce our brand-new card-on-file system for ticketed events using the CellarPass Payments processor. All credit cards used to buy tickets will now be saved for future purchases, allowing you or the customer to recall a saved card and use it to pay for their purchase.
NOTE: The card on file feature is limited to ticket purchases only using CellarPass Payments. - UPDATED! Ticket Details View
This update includes some improvements to the details view of a ticket order. You can now see a full accounting for when emails were generated, sent, delivered and opened.

- NEW! Interactive Regional Map
We have completed the initial work of the beta for our interactive regional map and now working on where to link it up for visitors to explore. Check out the Napa and Sonoma demos. - NEW! Pre-Paid Reservations
This release includes small changes to the booking widget and anywhere an experience is listed on CellarPass.com to denote whether a reservation is pre-paid or not by including an icon. Pre-paid denotes any reservation experiences that would require a credit card at time of booking and would be paid in full prior to the guest's arrival. - UPDATED! Business Pages
We continue to update all of our code related to our business pages which takes advantage of our new network's speed. Our latest Google Page Speed scores of 100 for Accessibility, 100 for Best Practices and 100 for SEO beats any of our competitors. The better the score, the more Google rewards you with more impressions and CTRs. - UPDATED! Concierge Bookings
We have redesigned user experience when booking on behalf of a guest, which is typically done by Tour Guides, Tour Operators, Hoteliers and personal assistance. We have renamed this feature as the Hospitality Network.

- NEW! Admin Panel Booking Interface
We continue to make significant progress on the redesign of booking reservations through the admin panel and expect to release a beta version of this the first week of June which will include the following improvements:
- New 'stepped' cart-like booking interface where you will create the customer (or select existing), select the experience and then apply payment (if required).
- Create new customer accounts as you book. Perfect in case the guest's cell phone goes dead, you can pick up where you left off using our Abandoned Bookings feature.
- New Pay Now, Charge Later and Send Invitation modes for receiving payment.
- New Card on File feature, allowing you to recall saved credit cards to be applied to reservations.
- New Send Invitation for Guest to complete booking with a specified deadline before reservation is automatically cancelled.
- Member-only experiences highlighted, or excluded based on selected customer.
- New interface for selecting Add-Ons and UpSells.
- New flexible ways to apply discounts or set pricing on tasting fees, Add-Ons, and UpSells.
