Checking guests in is equally as important to reporting those guests that do not honor their reservations as CellarPass has a strict 3-strikes and you are out no-show policy.
We recommend waiting till the end of the day to mark Reservations as a No Show as there's times when a guest could be running very late, provide no notice and still arrive on the day they had planned. It's up to you whether you offer to reschedule the reservation as their new time or not honor the reservation due to capacity issues.
NOTE: You cannot mark a Reservation as No Show until their expected reservation time is in the past. This status update cannot also not be undone, so proceed with caution.
