- The Communications Manager continues to receive redesigns and optimizations.
- The web-based check-in interface design (Responsive Check-in) has been overhauled in this release.
- The Ticket Orders view has been expanded to include Number of Tickets Sold, Total Sales, Sales Tax and Event Page views.

- This update includes a redesign of how we show "stars" related to your experience reviews. These are now in a "gold" color and will show "empty" stars if you receive a review of less than 5 stars. We have also moved the Event Date related to the review to the right of the number of stars you have received and now include "Verified Visitor on [[EventDate]].
- We have made several improvements to our reservation checkout on CellarPass.com that provides more information on how guests can easily update their reservation online or contact you for assistance.
- We have completely re-written our "Favorite" function which allows website visitors to "favorite" your business page or ticketed event. If they favorite either, they will receive an email alerting them of your new public ticketed event, encouraging them to buy tickets. We will be launching a marketing campaign to visitors to encourage them to take advantage of this new feature.
SERVICE AGREEMENT CHANGES
- The refund structure for all ticketed events published after October 18th, 2022 has been updated. All ticket refunds will include the ticket price less the CellarPass fees which consists of the payment processing fee and the ticket service fees combined.

- If you are using Stripe credit card processing as your processor, these fees will be billed to your account. A valid credit card will be required to be on file to process any refunds.
- REMINDER- Since October 1st, 2022, there will be a check-processing charge when your payout is processed via physical check. There's a $15 processing charge for amounts up to $4,999.99.
